Procore has released their “Future State of Construction” report today. The report identifies the efficiency and profitability opportunities over the next 2, 5, and 10 years. It covers emerging technologies with a lot of great information. You can find the report here.

Google’s Gemini Live will be available today on Pixel 9, Galaxy S25 and to all Advanced users on the Android platform. This feature is similar to the feature in ChatGPT’s advanced voice mode that allows the user to share their camera and device screen so the AI can “see” what the user sees and provide relevant, real time feedback. Sadly, no word yet on when this will be available to iOS users. This puts an already irrelevant Siri so much further behind. Find more information here.

Microsoft announced a slew of updates to Copilot today as part of their 50th anniversary. Some of the new features include memory, actions, vision and many more. I will be sure to include them in my upcoming post about Microsoft’s AI offering!
